Rules and Responsibilities

Dear Residents,

We would like to take this opportunity to establish rules and guidelines for our trash valet service. Our goal is to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all of our residents, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated

  • Trash bags should be securely tied and placed outside your front door between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. please do not place loose trash or oversized items outside your door
  • Only household trash generated from your apartment should be placed outside for trash valet pickup. Please do not dispose of hazardous materials, electronics, or bulky items such as furniture and appliances
  • Please ensure that your trash is placed in  a  designated trash container to prevent spills or littering. if a new can is needed please contact our office
  • If you have any items that require special disposal, please contact our office for additional assistance and cost
  • Please do not leave your trash outside your door overnight. All trash bags and containers  must be brought back inside your apartment by 9:00 am the following day
  • Please be respectful of your neighbors and the community by properly disposing of your trash. Littering or improper disposal of trash may result in fines or penalties
